All content on this site (text, visual identity, Martin BTC logo, graphics, related videos) is the property of Martin Zandona, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or reuse without prior authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos (YouTube, X, Instagram) belong to their respective owners.

Data protection

What the contact form collects: name, e-mail address, request type, subject, message, form language and the IP address at the time of sending. This data is sent by e-mail to contact@martinbtc.ch and kept in that mailbox.

Why: solely to process and answer your request. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. The IP address is only used to limit abuse.

How long: exchanges with no follow-up are deleted after twelve months. Exchanges that lead to a collaboration are kept for the duration of the project, then in line with Swiss accounting obligations.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion and objection, by writing to contact@martinbtc.ch. Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), and to the GDPR for people residing in the European Union.

Hosting and server logs: the site is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Like any web server, it keeps access logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for technical and security purposes. These logs are handled by the host.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies at all, neither advertising, nor analytics, nor tracking. Fonts are hosted on the site's own server: no request is sent to Google Fonts.

One exception: the YouTube page displays video thumbnails loaded from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com). Visiting that page therefore sends your IP address to Google. No other page on this site contacts a third-party server.

Liability

The information published is for informational and personal purposes (see the disclaimer). The publisher cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on this content, nor for the content of linked third-party sites.

Applicable law

This website is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva.
